loaded, and shipped Cypress and Hardwood lumber for export. Cypress and Hardwood Inspection Service for the Louisiana, Texas,  Oklahoma, Arkansas, and
Mississippi lumber industry.

   1978–1984        Custom Craft Mobile Homes                     Clinton, La. Purchasing Agent 1978–1982 General Manager 1982- 1984Maintained and purchased
$500,000 inventory per month for the mobile Home manufacturing and assembly line facility. Designed and built the first modular housing in Louisiana.
Negotiated and secured all contracts regarding the purchase of all tools, Building materials, and site locations for modular placement.As General Manager
negotiated all contracts, sales, labor negotiations of 150 plus employees, and maintained a monthly budget of over $2 million.

Wood Lumber Inspection. Specializing in inspection and negotiation of lumber contracts and Lumber certifications.

1.The East Feliciana Economic Development District Chairman. 2004 Architect of  the East Feliciana Economic Development District Bill creating The East
Feliciana Economic Development District.
2.Louisiana Capital Area Economic Development Allies Board Member, In 2004 Appointed by the East Feliciana Parish Police Jury to represent the  Parish on
the nine parish board Louisiana of the Capital Area Economic Development Allies.                
3.Architect of and chaired the Lacaeda Film Commission that encompasses the nine parishes of Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Wet Baton Rouge, Iberville,
Pointe Coupee,West Feliciana, East Feliciana, Livingston and St Helena.
4.July 2005 Elected Chairperson of a Nine Parish Film Commission, dedicated to the Recruitment and development of the film industry in the Louisiana            
Capital Area.
5.Developed an extensive film crew database in the Capital Area Region
. 6. 2005 Authored the book Introduction to Jobs in the Film Industry
7.Initiated the locations database for the Capital Area Region
8.November 2005 Spearheaded the American Film Market Conference for La Cap Film in Santa Monica, California.
9. Developed a Location Library and Data Base working with Axium’s Location Manager program. The database consists of over 4000 locations site pictures of
the nine parishes of  St. Helena, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Ascension, and Livingston
Parish.
10.April 2006 Spearheaded the Locations Expo for La Cap Film in Santa Monica, California
11.In 2005-2006 Conducted six four-hour seminars in the capital region on pursuing jobs in the film industry.
12.In 2006 wrote the initial legislation creating The Lacaeda Film Commission Bill SB 155 by Senator Rob Marionneaux passed legislation June 16, 2006.
13. June 2006 Re-elected Chairperson and Location Manager of The Lacaeda Film Commission an eight Parish Film Commission established by Senate bill 15,
dedicated to   the recruitment and development of the film industry in the Louisiana Capital Area Region.
14.July 19, 2006 Executive Producer/Director - The Louisiana Film Summit. The Lacaeda Film Commission, at the request of Leon Steele with the State Main
Street program asked   that I conduct a seminar on the film industry for the State Main Street Organization. We combined the program with the promotion of
local Film makers and film industry business. The event attracted many out of state Film makers bringing projects to the state. Sally Kemper publisher of
Production Up Date magazine based in Los Angeles flew in to cover the Film Summit. The Film Summit attracted 90 plus attendees from throughout the state.
15. As Chairman of the Capital Region Film Commission I spearheaded the American Film Market in Santa Monica for November 1-8, 2006 for the second year.
16.Appointed to the Louisiana Amite River Basin Drainage and Water District Board by Governor Kathleen Blanco September 1,2006
